Shipping Policy


Our goal is to process all regular orders within 24 hours of receipt. We ship FedEx Ground exclusively right now, but this could change in the future. To estimate shipping times, visit FedEx.com


Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 4:00PM PST, excluding holidays).

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Due to the size of the sports shelters we are unable to ship to a PO Box.

​

If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted. You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores.
