Return Policy

New, unused, and un-customized sports shelters, in their original packaging, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the sports shelter or the date of pick-up. Please contact Premier Sports Products for return authorization before you ship your product. Premier Sports Products does not provide reimbursement for shipping costs. We will issue a full refund once the sports shelter arrives to us and we verify the condition and contents.

 

Premier Sports Products will accept returns for warranty issues—i.e. manufacture defects and/or workmanship problems—that can be verified by a photograph of the defective part or workmanship. Please read our Warranty page for a full description.
